This distillery is about an hour's drive out of Cape Town, along the N1, and is located just on the outskirts of the town of Wellington. They produce a range of good single malt and blended whiskies in the Scottish style, and also a range of single grain whiskies more similar to the Irish style. They have won multiple awards for their whisky, and it is certainly something South Africans should be proud of.
