The wireless panel above can be carried around the house as you switch devices on and off to see what the impact is. he transmitter unit just has a clamp that is clamped over the red wire on the main distribution board (no electrician needed). There is also a customisable alarm that can alert you to high usage.

There is also another OWL product that allows USB connectivity to your computer for a full analysis of usage (but computer has to stay on).
