Wow so even Cape Town has a limited presence here! Companies can have a Cape Town address in the virtual world and even hold online conferences here. Here is an excerpt below from the note upon entering the city:

Welcome to Cape Town Africa inSL!

We started by adding our Table Mountain and a bit of the V&A Waterfront to Second Life. There are also a few of the colourful Muizenberg beach huts and some indigenous flora. CAPE TOWN AFRICA is located close to Virtual Africa, and part of the metaAfrica(TM) virtual worlds initiative of UTHANGO Social Investments. UTHANGO is a recognised registered company in South Africa, and this project is part of the virtual worlds' footprint of the company.

This building is the premier Victoria Alfred Centre for businesses and organisations that wish to have a Capetonian address in a virtual world. We are keen to attract people and companies in Africa - even as a first stop to create a presence and be part of the greated African family in Second Life. We are building a community and not buildings. The Centre is also available for smaller conferences or workshops (15-20 people).
