FreeGuide is a TV guide program. It allows you to find programmes you are interested in quickly, and ignore the rest. I started using this after I downgraded my DSTV package and then found that DSTV's guide still showed 100 plus channels and I could not figure out what I wanted to watch. One caution: DSTV has changed the names of some channels so I had to go edit these manually in the config file. This program is free and runs on Windows, Linux, Mac and Free BSD.
