My posts appear in the centre with profile summary top left. Centre left is some of the people I am connected to or following, and bottom left are the category filters (clicking on say Apple will show all my posts I categorised with Apple which is much like a G+ Collection). On the immediate right of centre is a context panel that changes depending on what screen view you are on. The far right is showing a drop down menu of various apps that I have opted to activate from those made available by the host server. Some are games, some are stats, but there are even ones to create wikis, web pages, and file storage.
