Here you can force the ring into "sleep mode" to measure heart rate and HRV trend for a specific period. Less than 5 mins loses the HRV Trend. In THEORY this could be a hack to force it to measure an exercise activity and report on it. I'll need to test this. But this is a way of doing a snapshot reading any time during the day.
