In the middle of the park used to be a fountain with hedges around it. Well OK some suspect things did apparently happen behind the hedges, but the hedges also just disappeared along with the flowers mainly from neglect. Since the Pinelands Municipality was swallowed up into the Metro, the Garden City does not have the levels of service it once had.
