On my first day of leave I took a ride out to Barrydale. I was about an hour late in starting due to an engine diagnostic light that came on on my bike and had to be checked out first. First stop was Dassiesfontein just before Caledon. This is a coffee shop, general dealer, etc and is famous for its cast iron wood stoves that it sells and its traditional south african cuisine.
